Weight loss challenge week 2

I lost a pound this week! I am a little surprised. I really thought I would lose more since I've been sick this week. I really did eat healthier, but I only got one workout in before I got sick.
I just have to try not to be discouraged & keep trying. Hopefully I will be feeling up to it & I can get back on the treadmill at least this week.
